At The Civility School, we combine the teachings of courteous habits with the development of empathetic intention. Students, both young and old, will learn that thoughtful concern for the comfort and convenience of others will provide a foundation of civility that will guide them through the global terrain of changing rules and customs.

Robyn Jackson, Owner/Director/Teacher

In addition to the teaching she does at The Civility School, Robyn is also an engaging speaker who spends much of her time researching the important topic of national and global civility while sharing her expertise with businesses and organizations. Robyn is a master’s level teacher and counselor with over twenty years of experience teaching children and adults.  Also, within that time, she managed a mediation program that was involved with both school and community conflicts.  In addition, she has three sons, who provide endless opportunity for practicing civility teaching and empathy training.

Sarah Noble Click,  Project Manager/Teacher

Sarah has spent the last 16 years as a consultant, program manager, and global trainer with a Fortune Global 500 professional services company. She brings a belief in strengths-based leadership, as well as the power of empathy and cultural awareness to her teaching approach at The Civility School. Sarah has been a friend of The Civility School for quite a while as all three of her children have attended numerous workshops and classes. We will continue our work “for the comfort and convenience of others”.
